The current spate of bomb blasts is an attempt of the American and Pakistani governments to pave the way for the military operation in North Waziristan
Hizb ut-Tahrir strongly condemns the bomb blast in R.A. Bazaar, Lahore. Prior to every military operation, American and Pakistani government set off a series of bomb blasts to create public opinion in favor of the military operation and this series of bomb blasts continue till the end of the operation. This strategy was very apparent in Swat and South Waziristan military operations. None other than Obama himself disclosed this in December 2009 in these words; “In the past, there have been those in Pakistan who have argued that the struggle against extremism is not their fight…But in recent years, as innocents have been killed from Karachi to Islamabad…Public opinion has turned.”. Moreover on First February 2010, General Kayani also discussed support of the media, public opinion and acceptance of the war as our wars instead of American war as three out of the five factors that were the basis of his strategy for the successful military operations in Swat and South Waziristan. The Pakistani government has clearly concluded that the military operations in the tribal areas from 2002-2004 were failed due to the lack of public support and the refusals of the Muslim army to slaughter their Muslim brothers. That is the reason why more than 200 officers and jawans had surrendered without fighting in Waziristan. It is for this very reason that Americaconsidered it necessary to “add” Indian factor in the tribal area so that the Pakistani army and public could fight this war wholeheartedly. On the other side government permitted the mad dogs of blackwater and other secret American agencies to work openly in Pakistan and bite whomever they wish. It is blackwater who have conducted bomb blasts in Iraq and flown the rivers of blood there and is doing the same here in Pakistan now. The continues bomb blasts in Lahore are indicative of the imminent North Waziristan military operation in the near future, which has been a consistent US demand for quite some time. America has been imposing war on the Islam-loving people of the tribal area in the name of fighting militants; whereas, the militants always shift to a new area after every military operation, “instigating” the military to “follow” them, which consequently bring the area to ruin in the name of military operation. We demand from the masses to stop the rulers from initiating a new wave of devastation on the tribal people. In agency to their American masters, the Pakistani rulers have brought nothing toPakistan except chaos, ruin and devastation. Time has come for the people and those having the power to join Hizb ut-Tahrir in eradicating these rulers and expelling America from this region by the re-establishment of the Khilafah. Only this action can bring the lasting peace in the region.

دھماکوں کا حالیہ سلسلہ امریکی اور پاکستانی حکومتوں کی طرف سے شمالی وزیرستان میں آپریشن کی راہ ہموار کرنے کی کوشش ہے
حزب التحریر آج آر اے بازار لاہور میں ہونے والے بم دھماکے کی مذمت کرتی ہے۔ ہر فوجی آپریشن سے قبل رائے عامہ ہموار کرنے کے لئے امریکی اور پاکستانی حکومتیں مل کر بم دھماکوں کا سلسلہ شروع کرتی ہیں جو آپریشن کے اختتام تک جاری رہتا ہے۔ یہی حکمت عملی سوات اور وزیرستان آپریشن کے دوران دیکھنے میں آئی۔ اسی حکمت عملی کا انکشاف امریکی صدر اوبامہ نے دسمبر 2009 میں ان الفاظ میں کیا تھا: ”ماضی میں پاکستان میں ایسے لوگ رہے ہیں جو یہ کہتے تھے کہ انتہاپسندوں کے خلاف جدوجہد ان کی جنگ نہیں… لیکن پچھلے چند سالوں میں جب معصوم لوگ کراچی سے اسلام آباد تک قتل ہوئے… (پاکستان کی) رائے عامہ تبدیل ہو گئی ”۔ نیز یکم فروری 2010 کو جنرل کیانی نے بھی کامیاب ملٹری آپریشن کو جن پانچ عوامل کا مرہون منت قرار دیا ان میں میڈیا کی مدد ، عوامی رائے عامہ اور امریکی جنگ کو اپنی جنگ کے طور پر قبول کرانا شامل تھے۔ پاکستانی حکومت دیکھ چکی ہے کہ 2002 سے 2004 تک ہونے والے قبائلی علاقوں میں آپریشن اس لئے ناکام رہے کیونکہ انہیں عوامی حمایت حاصل نہ تھی اور نہ ہی فوج کے جوان اپنے ہی مسلمان بھائیوں کو تہہ تیغ کرنے کے لئے تیار تھے۔ یہی وجہ تھی کہ وزیرستان میں 200 سے زائد افسروں اور جوانوں نے بغیر لڑے ہتھیار ڈال دئے تھے۔ اسی لئے امریکہ نے قبائلی علاقے میں ‘بھارتی فیکٹر’ کو داخل کرنا ضروری سمجھا تاکہ پاکستان کے عوام اور فوج یکسوئی کے ساتھ امریکی جنگ لڑ سکیں۔ دوسری طرف حکومت نے امریکہ کی بدنام زمانہ خفیہ ایجنسیوں اور پرائیویٹ فوج بلیک واٹر کو حکومت نے پاگل کتوں کی طرح کھلا چھوڑ دیا ہے جو جب اور جس کوچاہتے ہیں کاٹ لیتے ہیں۔ یہ بلیک واٹر ہی تھی کہ جس نے عراق میں بھی بم دھماکے کروائے اور آج پاکستان کی گلیوں میں خون کی ندیاں بہا رہی ہے۔ لاہور میں چند دنوں سے جاری بم دھماکے مستقل قریب میں شمالی وزیرستان میں آپریشن کی خبر دے رہے ہیں جس کے لئے امریکہ پاکستانی حکومت پر کافی عرصے سے دبائو ڈال رہا تھا۔ امریکہ عسکریت پسندوں کا بہانہ بنا کر اسلام پسند قبائلی عوام کے خلاف جنگ مسلط کر تا رہا ہے جبکہ ہر آپریشن کے بعد عسکریت پسند نئے علاقے میں منتقل ہو جاتے ہیں اور پھر فوج ان کا ”پیچھا ”کرتے ہوئے اس علاقے کو بھی روند ڈالتی ہے۔ ہم عوام سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ حکمرانوں کو قبائلی عوام پر ایک اور قیامت ڈھانے سے روکیں۔ پاکستان کے حکمرانوں نے امریکہ کی چاکری میں اپنے گھر کو آگ لگا دی ہے۔ وقت آگیا ہے کہ عوام اور اہل طاقت عناصر حزب التحریر کے ساتھ مل کر ان غداروں کو اکھاڑ پھینکیں اور خلافت کا انعقاد کرتے ہوئے امریکہ کو اس خطے سے نکال باہر کریں۔ یہی عمل خطے میں دیر پا امن قائم کر سکتا ہے۔
