The objective of the current judicial and political crisis is to change the face on American dictation

On the one hand political arm-twisting is going on between the Army and the Government, whilst on the other hand America has once again initiated drone attacks. Gillani and Kayani both have adopted to remain silent on this mass murder and oppression. People are aware that the judiciary, government and the Army, Generals Kayani and Pasha, all are working for American interests. The Ummah also knows that the confrontation between institutions is neither to uphold the supremacy of the constitution and law, nor to protect national security. Rather these institutions are working to fulfill their role according to an American plan to bring a face change in Pakistan. If the issue of upholding the constitution and law was a matter of utmost importance to the higher judiciary, they would not have allowed the departure of Raymond Davis, who murdered three Pakistani youth and was a national security threat. Similarly, the judiciary would not have been criminally silent over the missing of thousands and the murder of hundreds of people by the government agencies since Musharraf’s era, under the pretext of the so-called war on terror. Even today a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Dr.Abdul Qayyum, is languishing in a military agency torture cell and the so-called independent judiciary has not bothered to do anything at all.  Similarly, it is not a ‘national security’ issue for which Kayani and Pasha have become active, because they have already sold their honor and dignity a long time ago. It has been Kayani and Pasha who have remained silent whilst drone attacks are a constant occurrence, CIA and Blackwater agents roam freely, the national security threat Raymond Davis is handed over to America and Abbotabad and Salala check posts are attacked. Similarly, the PPP lead Government was busy in fulfilling American interests during her tenure. At this point raising the slogan of “supremacy of parliament” and interests of people by Zardari and Gilani is also joke. During their past four years of rule, they sacrificed the interests of Pakistan and its people and shoved Pakistan into the Stone Age for American pleasure. So, now with what face can they call people of Pakistan for help against America?  Hence amongst judiciary, Kayani and Zardari, no one is clean, all of them are American pawns on a Pakistani chessboard.

The fact is America needs a government in Pakistan that could facilitate her negotiations with Afghan and Pakistani Talban. The Zardari and Gillani government remained a silent spectator over military operations in the tribal areas and on drone attacks and has shown its treachery time and again in order to please America.  This makes them an unreliable negotiating party in the eyes of Talban. Just like in the past when Musharraf lost his worth for America and America felt the need of a political government in order to get victory in War of Terror, a judicial crisis was created which was then converted into a political crisis and eventually Musharaf had to step down, because of the pressure from judiciary, army, media and the political parties. Now once again, with the help of the Army and judiciary, America is busy in changing the political face and Kayani and Pasha are entirely taking America’s line. Did Zardari and Gilani not know that when an agent losses his utility and becomes useless for America, she simply throws her away like used tissue paper. Hizb ut-Tahrir calls the sincere officers of Pakistan armed forces, that it high time that they should rise up and end the American game in Pakistan forever, by removing the traitors amongst the political and military leadership and give Nussrah (Material Support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish Khilafah, so that through the establishment of the Khilafah, the Ummah’s dream of real change should become a realized.

موجودہ عدالتی و سیاسی بحران کا مقصد امریکی حکم پر چہرے کی تبدیلی ہے

ایک طرف فوج اور حکومت کے درمیان سیاسی دھینگا مشتی جاری ہے جبکہ دوسری طرف امریکہ نے ایک بار پھر ڈرون حملوں کا سلسلہ شروع کر دیا ہے۔ کیانی اور گیلانی نے اس ظلم پر مکمل خاموشی اختیار کر رکھی ہے۔ عوام جانتے ہیں کہ عدلیہ، حکومت اور فوج (کیانی اور پاشا) تمام امریکی مفادات کے لئے کام کر رہے ہیں۔ وہ یہ بھی جانتے ہیں کہ اداروں کے درمیان جنگ نہ تو آئین و قانون کی بالادستی کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے ہے اور نہ ہی قومی سلامتی کو درپیش کسی خطرے کی وجہ سے ہے بلکہ یہ ادارے امریکی منصوبے کے تحت پاکستان میں چہرے کی تبدیلی کے لئے اپنا اپنا کردار ادا کر رہے ہیں۔ اگر اعلیٰ عدلیہ کے لئے آئین و قانون کی بالادستی اتنا اہم مسئلہ ہوتا تو تین پاکستانی نوجوانوں کے قاتل اور قومی سلامتی کے مجرم ریمنڈ ڈیوس کو عدلیہ کبھی بھی ملک سے جانے نہ دیتی۔ مشرف کے دور سے آج تک دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کے نام پرریاستی اداروں کے ہاتھوں لاپتہ ہونے والے ہزاروں اور قتل ہونے والے سیکڑوں افراد کے مسئلہ پر عدلیہ مجرمانہ خاموشی اختیارنہ کرتی۔ آج بھی حزب التحریر کے ممبر ڈاکٹر عبدالقیوم فوجی ایجنسیوں کے عقوبت خانے میں پڑے ہیں اور آزاد عدلیہ کے کان پر جوں تک نہیں رینگ رہی۔ اسی طرح یہ قومی سلامتی کا مسئلہ بھی نہیں کہ کیانی اور پاشا حرکت میں آگئے ہوں کیونکہ وہ تو پہلے ہی اپنی غیرت اور حمیت کا سودا کر چکے ہیں۔ یہ کیانی اور پاشا ہی تھے جو اس وقت بھی خاموش رہے جب مسلسل ڈرون حملے ہو رہے تھے، ملک میں امریکی سی آئی اے اور بلیک واٹر کے ایجنٹ دندناتے پھر رہے تھے، قومی سلامتی کے مجرم ریمنڈڈیوس کو امریکہ کے حوالے کیا جا رہا تھا اور ایبٹ آباد اور سلالہ جیسے شرمناک آپریشن جاری تھے۔ بالکل اسی طرح پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت بھی اپنے دور اقتدار میں امریکی چاکری میں مصروف رہی۔ اس وقت زرداری اور گیلانی کا پارلیمنٹ اور عوام کی بالادستی کا ڈھنڈورا پیٹنا کھسیانی بلی کھمبا نوچے کے مترادف ہے کیونکہ انھوں نے اپنے چار سالہ حکومت کے دوران امریکی خوشنودی کے لیے عوام اور پاکستان کے مفادات کو بے دردی سے قربا ن کیا اور پاکستان کو پتھر کے دور میں دھکیل دیا۔ زردارری اور گیلانی اب کس منہ سے امریکہ کے خلاف عوام کو مدد کے لیے پکار رہے ہیں۔ چنانچہ عدلیہ، کیانی اور زرداری میں سے کوئی بھی پارسا نہیں اور یہ سب پاکستان کی بساط پر امریکی مہرے ہیں۔

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ امریکہ کو افغان اور پاکستانی طالبان کے ساتھ مذاکرات کرنے کے لیے پاکستان میں ایسی سیاسی حکومت درکار ہے جو اس مقصد کو باآسانی پورا کرسکے۔ زرداری اور گیلانی کی حکومت قبائلی علاقوں میں فوجی آپریشنز، ڈرون حملوں پر خاموشی اور امریکی چاپلوسی میں اس قدر غداری کا مظاہرہ کرچکی ہے کہ وہ اب طالبان کی نظر میں ایک ناقابل اعتبار فریق ہے۔ جس طرح ماضی میں جب امریکہ کو دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ میں کامیابی کے لیے ایک سیاسی حکومت کی ضرورت محسوس ہوئی اور مشرف امریکہ کے لیے اپنی افادیت کھو بیٹھا تو اس وقت بھی ملک میں پہلے ایک عدالتی بحران پیدا کیا گیا جو پھر ایک سیاسی بحران میں بدل گیا اور بالآ خر عدلیہ،فوج ،میڈیا اور سیاسی جماعتوں کے دباؤ کے نتیجے میں مشرف کو اقتدار چھوڑنا پڑا۔ اب امریکہ ایک بار پھر فوج اور عدلیہ کے ذریعے چہرے کی تبدیلی میں مصروف ہے اور کیانی اور پاشا امریکہ کا مکمل طور پر ساتھ دے رہے ہیں۔ کیا گیلانی اور زرداری نہیں جانتے کہ جب بھی امریکہ کے لیے ایک ایجنٹ بے کار ہوجاتا ہے تو وہ اسے ٹشو پیپر کی طرح استعمال کرکے پھینک دیتا ہے۔

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ یہی وہ وقت ہے کہ جب انہیں پاکستان میں جاری اس امریکی کھیل کو ہمیشہ کے لیے ختم کرنے کے لیے اٹھنا ہوگا اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ہٹا کرخلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریرکو نصرۃ فراہم کرنا ہوگی تاکہ خلافت کے قیام کے ذریعے امت حقیقی تبدیلی کے خواب کو شرمندہ تعبیر کر سکے۔
