The Strength of Pakistan’s Armed Forces Must be Used to Abolish Democracy and Establish Khilafah

The well-publicized crisis caused by marches and sit-ins confirms that the real power lies with the armed forces within Pakistan, just as it does throughout the Muslim World.  Both the opposition and the government have been looking towards the armed forces to end the crisis. On the one hand, the opposition threatened the intervention of the armed forces, if their demands are not met. And on the other hand, the rulers have been frantically meeting with the military leadership in order to save their government. Furthermore, the opposition was not even ready to sit on the negotiation table, despite repeated government offers. However, as soon as the Director-General of the armed forces’ ISPR, Major General Asim Bajwa, released a statement on 19th August 2014 that, “Situation requires patience, wisdom and sagacity from all stakeholders to resolve prevailing impasse through meaningful dialogue in larger national and public interest,” several rounds of negotiations began, within a few hours!

Unfortunately, the current role of Pakistan’s armed forces is neither in accordance with their might nor in accordance with the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messanger (s.a.w). Since the establishment of Pakistan, the strength of Pakistan’s armed forces has always been used by traitors in their leadership to support either dictatorship or democracy. Even though, both democracy and dictatorship ensure the implementation of Kufr laws and American policies. Being a Muslim armed forces, the impressive power of the Pakistan’s armed forces must be used to abolish democracy and establish the Khilafah.

Thus, in order to bring real change and revolution through the Khilafah, Hizb ut-Tahrir demands that the sincere officers in Pakistan’s armed forces provide Nussrah for Islamic ruling, in accordance with the methodology of RasulAllah (s.a.w), who asked the powerful armed tribes of the Arabian Peninsula for Nussrah. It is an obligation upon the sincere officers of the armed forces to uproot those traitors in their leadership, who always provide the strength of this institution to either democracy or dictatorship, for the sake of their masters in Washington. And the sincere officers must extend Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah, securing the honourable title of the modern day Ansaar and above all, the blessings of Allah (swt).

جمہوریت کا خاتمہ کرو اور خلافت کو قائم کرو

افواج پاکستان کی طاقت جمہوریت کے خاتمے اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے استعمال ہونی چاہیے

آزادی و انقلاب مارچ اور دھرنوں کی وجہ سے پیدا ہونے والے بحران اور اس سے نکلنے کے لئے افواج پاکستان کی جانب سے ادا کیے جانے والے کردار نے ایک بار پھر یہ ثابت کیا ہے کہ پاکستان میں حقیقی طاقت و اختیار افواج کے پاس ہے۔ مارچ و دھرنا دینے والے اور حکومت دونوں ہی اس بحران سے نکلنے کے لئےافواج پاکستان کی جانب دیکھتے رہے۔ افواج پاکستان کی اہمیت و طاقت اس بات سے واضح ہوجاتی ہے کہ دھرنا دینے والے مطالبات نہ مانے جانے کی صورت میں فوجی مداخلت کی دھمکی دیتے رہے جبکہ حکمران اپنی حکومت کو بچانے کے لئے فوجی قیادت سے ملاقاتیں کرتے رہے۔ مارچ اور دھرنا دینے والے جو حکومتی پیش کش کے باوجود وزیر اعظم کے استعفٰی سے قبل کسی صورت مذاکرات کے لئے تیار نہ تھے لیکن جیسے ہی افواج پاکستان کے تعلقات عامہ کے ادارے آئی۔ایس۔پی۔آر کے سربراہ میجر جنرل عاصم باجوہ نے 19 اگست 2014 کو یہ بیان دیا کہ “موجودہ صورتحال اس بات کا تقاضا کرتی ہے کہ تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز صبر، ذہانت اور دانش مندی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے موجودہ بحران کو بامعنی بات چیت کے ذریعے ملکی و عوامی مفاد میں حل کریں” تو چند گھنٹوں میں ہی نہ صرف مذاکرات شروع ہو گئے بلکہ اس کے کئی دور بھی ہوگئے۔

بد قسمتی سے افواج پاکستان کا موجودہ کردار نہ تو ان کے شایان شان ہے اور نہ ہی اللہ اور اس کے رسولﷺ کے حکم کے مطابق ہے۔ پاکستان کے قیام سے ہی افواج پاکستان کی طاقت کو فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ہمیشہ آمریت اور جمہوریت کی حمائت میں استعمال کیا ہے اور جمہوریت ہو یا آمریت دونوں ہی کفر کے نظام اور امریکی پالیسیوں کے نفاذ کو یقینی بناتے ہیں۔ ایک مسلم فوج ہونے کے ناطے افواج پاکستان کی عظیم طاقت کفریہ نظام کو اکھاڑ پھینکنے اور اسلام کے نفاذ یعنی خلافت کے قیام کے لئے استعمال ہونی چاہیے۔

لہٰذا حزب التحریر حقیقی تبدیلی و انقلاب یعنی خلافت کے قیام کے لئے رسول اللہﷺ کے طریقے کے عین مطابق افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے نصرۃ طلب کرتی ہے، بالکل ویسے ہی جیسے رسول اللہﷺ عرب کے مختلف طاقتور جنگجو قبائل سے نصرۃ طلب کرتے تھے۔ افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران پر یہ لازم ہے کہ وہ اپنی قیادت میں موجود ان لوگوں کو ایک جانب کردیں جو اس ادارے کی طاقت کو ہمیشہ امریکی مفاد میں آمریت و جمہوریت کو تقویت پہنچانے کے لیے استعمال کرتے ہیں اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کر کے موجودہ دور کے انصار کا لقب اور اجر حاصل کریں۔

“جو عزت کا طلب گار ہے تو (وہ یہ جان لے)عزت تو ساری اللہ ہی کے لئے ہے” (فاطر:10)
