Three years elapse since Naveed Butt’s abduction

Raheel-Nawaz Regime’s oppression of Islamic activists won’t stop establishment of Khilafah

Today, 11 May 2015, marks three years since the abduction of Naveed Butt, spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan. On the same date in 2012, he was abducted by the thugs of government agencies in front of his three children outside his house upon his return home from picking his children from school.

This is the ‘bravery’ of the rulers and their thugs. Even after the passing of three years they are not ready to let him go free nor do they have the courage to present him in front of court. Their bravery is restricted for innocent Muslims but when Kuffar insult Islam, Muhammad (saaw) and Muslims they become obedient slaves, receiving medals and guards of honor – recognition of their treacheries against Islam and Muslims. When India and America kills our soldiers and civilians there lion-like roar becomes the whimper of a cat. They suffice with issuing hollow statements of protest and then sit idle.

The Raheel-Nawaz regime knows and has seen with its own eyes that keeping Naveed Butt in their dungeons for three years and abduction and arrest of dozens of shabab of Hizb during this period has not frightened or silenced Hizb and its shabab. Such cowardice tactics have not curtailed the call of Khilafah from reaching every corner of society. If they had any iman they would have known that this is the call of Allah (swt) and even if the whole world come together to stop this call, they would fail. If they had any intellect they would have taken lesson from the example of Uzbekistan where Karimov imprisoned more than eight thousand shabab of Hizb for periods of seven to fifteen years and killed dozens of them in prison but despite this he failed to eliminate Hizb or its call from Uzbekistan. Rather, it spread even more.

We call the Raheel-Nawaz regime, if only on count of their claim to being Muslim, that if they have the slightest belief that they will be presented in front of Allah (swt) then they should repent from their actions and immediately release Naveed Butt and stop placing hurdles against this call. You must repent before the doors of repentance are closed. Regardless, Hizb and its shabab are satisfied with the decree of Allah (swt) and have full hope that the Creator of the universe will grant them Jannat-ul-Firdaws for their tribulations in this world. Know that if you have pledged to serve your American masters come what may, then we too pray to our Master, Allah (swt), that He give us the determination and steadfastness to make the ultimate sacrifice and embrace death without hesitation if required in seeking His pleasure alone. Indeed, this is an excellent deal for the believer. So the choice is yours, O Raheel-Nawaz regime: obedience of America or obedience of Allah (swt).

وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُط مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ

“Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun do. He but gives them respite to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. Hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up, their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from extreme fear).” (Ibrahim:42-43)

نوید بٹ کے اغوا کو تین سال مکمل ہوگئے

راحیل-نواز حکومت  کا داعیان اسلام  پر ظلم خلافت کے قیام کو روک نہیں سکتا

آج پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کے ترجمان نوید بٹ کے اغوا کو تین سال مکمل ہوگئے ہیں۔ نوید بٹ کو 11 مئی 2012 بروز جمعہ اس وقت ان کے گھر کے باہر سے حکومتی ایجنسیوں نے دن دھاڑے ان کے تین بچوں کے سامنے اغوا کیا تھا جب وہ نماز جمعہ سے قبل انہیں اسکول سے لے کر اپنے گھر کے دروازے پر پہنچے ہی تھے۔

حکمرانوں اور ان کے غنڈوں کی یہ “بہادری”ہے کہ وہ ایک نہتے انسان  کو تین سال بعد بھی نہ تو چھوڑنے پر تیار ہیں اور نہ ہی اسے کسی عدالت کے سامنے پیش کرنے کی ہمت کررہے ہیں۔ کیا ان غدار ایجنٹ حکمرانوں اور ان کے غنڈوں کی بہادری صرف معصوم اور نہتے مسلمانوں کے لئے ہی مخصوص ہے۔  جب کفار ان کی آنکھوں کے سامنے اسلام، رسول اللہﷺ اور مسلمانوں کی بے حرمتی کرتے ہیں تو یہ اُن کے سامنے بھیگی بلی بن جاتے ہیں اور اُن سے اپنی غداریوں کے عوض تمغے اور گارڈ آف آنر وصول کرتے ہیں۔ جب بھارت اور امریکہ ہمارے فوجیوں اور شہریوں کو سرحدوں پر قتل کرتے ہیں تو  شیر کی طرح دھاڑتے ہوئے ان پر ٹوٹ پڑنے کی جگہ بکری کی طرح ممیاتے ہوئے ایک کمزور مذمتی بیان جاری کرنا ہی کافی سمجھتے ہیں۔

راحیل-نواز حکومت نوید بٹ کو تین سال سے مسلسل قید میں رکھ کر اور اس دوران درجنوں حزب کے شباب کو اغوا اور گرفتار کر کے یہ جان چکی ہو گی کہ ان کا ظلم و ستم  نہ تو حزب اور اس کے شباب کو خوفزدہ کرسکا اور نہ ہی خلافت کی دعوت کو پاکستان کے کونے کونے تک پہنچنے سے روک  سکا ہے۔ ان میں اگر تھوڑی سی بھی ایمان کی چنگاری ہوتی تو جان لیتے کہ یہ تو اللہ کی دعوت ہے جسے پوری دنیا مل کر بھی روک نہیں سکتی اور اگر ان میں تھوڑی سی بھی عقل ہوتی تو صرف ازبکستان کی مثال کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے اپنے ظلم و ستم سے باز آجاتے جہاں کریموف نے آٹھ ہزار سے زائد حزب کے شباب کو سات سے پندرہ سال تک کی قید میں ڈالا اور ان میں سے درجنوں کو دوران قید بدترین تشدد کر کے قتل کردیا لیکن اس کے باوجود ازبکستان سے حزب اور اسلام کی دعوت کو ختم نہیں کرسکا بلکہ وہ پہلے سے بھی زیادہ وسیع ہوگئی۔

ہم راحیل-نواز حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اگر اسے رائی برابر بھی یقین ہے کہ انہیں اپنے رب کے سامنے پیش ہونا ہے تو اپنے عمل سے توبہ کریں اور نوید بٹ کو فوراً  رہا کریں اور اس دعوت کی راہ میں کانٹے بچھانے سے باز آجائیں۔ حزب تم سے یہ مطالبہ صرف اس وجہ سے کررہی ہے کہ تم مسلمان ہونے کا دعویٰ کرتے ہو لہٰذا اس وقت سے پہلے توبہ کر لو جس کے بعد توبہ کے دروازے بند ہوجاتے ہیں ورنہ حزب اور اس کے شباب اللہ کی رضا پر راضی ہیں اور اس رب کائنات سے امید رکھتے ہیں کہ اس دنیاکی آزمائشوں کا بدلہ  آخرت میں جنت الفردوس کی صورت میں دیں گے ۔ یہ جان لو اگر تم نے یہ قسم کھائی ہے کہ ہر صورت اپنے آقا امریکہ  کی پوجا کرنی ہے تو ہم بھی اپنے رب سے یہ دعا  کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ہمیں استقامت نصیب فرمائے اور اگر  رب کی رضا کے لئےموت بھی قبول کرنی پڑے تو بلا جھجک اسے گلے سے لگا لیں۔ یقیناً ایمان والوں کے لئے یہ سودا بہترین ہے ۔ تو پھر بتاؤ راحیل-نواز حکومت تمہارا کیا فیصلہ ہے؟ امریکہ کی اطاعت یا اپنے رب کی اطاعت؟

وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُط مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ

“اور مت یہ خیال کرنا کہ یہ ظالم جو عمل کررہے ہیں اللہ ان سے بے خبر ہے۔ وہ ان کو اس دن تک کی مہلت دے رہا ہے جب آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائیں گی(اور لوگ) سر اوپر اٹھائے دوڑ رہے ہوں گے، خود اپنی طرف بھی ان کی نگاہیں لوٹ نہ سکیں گی اور ان کے دل(خوف سے) ہوا ہو رہے ہوں گے”(ابراھیم:43-42)
