The Bajwa-Imran Regime Celebrates 14th August Independence Day in “Solidarity” with the Noble Muslims of Occupied Kashmir, Even though their Brave Character is Poles Apart from that of the Cowardly Regime
The day of 14th August, which is remembered by the Muslims of Pakistan as a reminder of the great struggle that they made to live their lives under the shade of Islam, comes this year at a time when the Hindu State’s oppression of the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir has exceeded all limits, with the strengthening of Indian hegemony. The state which was established on 14th August, which the Muslims of Pakistan hoped would be a solid shield against Hindu oppression and the starting point for the dominance of Islam, has been turned into a fragile paper wall against Hindu aggression by the lowly rulers of Pakistan. Today, Hindus are oppressing Muslims in Kashmir and other Indian areas, using live ammunition to crush the legitimate struggle of Muslims in Kashmir, changing ground realities, so that the Muslim majority in Kashmir becomes a minority. The rulers of Pakistan are merely paying lip service and undertaking token measures which India has simply ignored in the past and pays absolutely no heed to today. In response to the recent Hindu aggression, Pakistan’s rulers should have mobilized the lions of the armed forces of Pakistan so that they stand with the Muslims of Pakistan on Independence Day to rid Kashmir of Hindu oppression, raising Takbeers signaling victory. Instead, the Bajwa-Imran government simply announced 14th August as a day of “solidarity” with the Muslims of Kashmir. And it would not have even bothered with such lip service had it not been under the pressure of the Muslims of Pakistan in general and the noble officers of Pakistan’s armed forces in particular.
While the Bajwa-Imran government is talking of “solidarity” with the Muslims of Kashmir, it is quite clear that the character of the Muslims of Kashmir is poles apart from that of the spineless regime. Armed with nothing beyond small arms, the pious Muslims of Kashmir are laying their chests bare before the heavy armaments of over half a million Indian troops, whilst the heartless Bajwa-Imran regime continues to exercise “restraint,” even though it commands a highly competent armed forces, whose foremost desire is martyrdom. Thus, the Muslims of Kashmir are sacrificing their lives to challenge Hindu hegemony, whilst Pakistan’s rulers act in fear of the cowardly Hindus, Hindus whose morale was shattered by the officers of Pakistan’s armed forces on 27 February, with a small, controlled strike of their mighty limbs. The Muslims of Kashmir are calling upon Pakistan’s armed forces to mobilize in their support, by ignoring the Line of Control, whilst Pakistan’s spineless rulers have bound them with chains of “restraint” and choked all material support for the Muslims of Kashmir. These lowly rulers have acknowledged in their actions that the recent Indian actions are an “internal issue” for India.
O Muslims of Pakistan!
The current and former leaders of Pakistan, who all twiddle their thumbs instead of mobilizing our brave armed forces to solve the problems of the Muslims, will never rescue the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir from the oppression of the Hindu State. Kashmir will be liberated by military commanders like Sultan Mohammad Fateh and Salahuddin Ayubi, who despite facing formidable enemies, depended on Allah (swt), made strong preparations and eventually prevailed in glorious victory. The issue of Kashmir will be resolved decisively only by the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood, which will not only mobilize the forces of Pakistan to rescue the Muslims of Kashmir, but mobilize the entire Muslim Ummah for this noble purpose. RasulAllah (saaw) said,
إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ
“Indeed, the Imam (Khaleefah) is like a shield, behind which the Ummah fights and through which it receives protection.” [Muslim]

باجوہ ۔عمران حکومت 14 اگست کے دن کو کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کے ساتھ یومِ ‘یکجہتی’ کے طور پر منا رہی ہے
جبکہ اس بزدل حکومت اور کشمیر کے بہادرمسلمانوں کی فطرت بالکل مختلف اور متضاد ہے
14 اگست کا دن جسے پاکستان کے مسلمان اس عظیم جدوجہد کی یاد کے طور پر مناتے ہیں جو انہوں نے اسلام کے سائے تلے اپنی زندگیاں گزارنے کے لیے کی تھی، اس سال ایسے موقع پر آ رہا ہے جب کشمیر کے مسلمانوں پر ہندو ریاست کا جبر و تسلط مزید مضبوط ہو گیا ہے ۔ 14 اگست کو قائم ہونے والی وہ ریاست جس سے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو امیدیں تھیں کہ وہ ہندوؤں کی بالادستی کے خلاف ڈھال ہو گی اور اسلام کی سربلندی کا نقطہ آغاز ثابت ہو گی، پاکستان کے غیرت سے عاری حکمرانوں نے اس ریاست کو ہندو جارحیت کے خلاف ریت کی دیوار بنا دیا ہے۔
آج ہندو بے دھڑک کشمیر اور دیگر بھارتی علاقوں میں مسلمانوں پر ظلم کر رہاہے ، کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی جائز جدوجہد کو کچلنے کے لیے گولہ بارود کا استعمال کرتا ہے ، کشمیر میں مسلمانوں کی اکثریت کو اقلیت میں تبدیل کرنے کی راہ ہموار کر رہاہے جبکہ پاکستان کے حکمران محض علامتی اقدامات پر اکتفا کیے بیٹھے ہیں ، ایسے اقدامات جن کی بھارت نے نہ ماضی میں کبھی پرواہ کی ہے اور نہ ہی اب وہ انہیں کسی خاطر میں لایا ہے۔ چاہئے تو یہ تھا کہ پاکستان کے حکمران ہندوریاست کے حالیہ اقدام کے جواب میں پاکستان کی بہادر افواج کے شیروں کو حرکت میں لاتے تاکہ وہ 14 اگست کو پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہو کر کشمیر کوہندو جبر سے نجات دلاتے اور فتح کا نعرہ بلند کرتے مگراس کے بر عکس باوجوہ –عمران حکومت نے محض علامتی طور پراس دن کو کشمیری مسلمانوں کے ساتھ یوم “یکجہتی “کے طور پر منانے کا اعلان کیا۔ اگر پاکستان کے عوام اور پاکستان کی افواج کے افسران کا دباؤ نہ ہوتا تو شاید یہ حکومت ان علامتی اقدامات کی زحمت بھی نہ کرتی۔
باجوہ –عمران حکومت کشمیری مسلمانوں کے ساتھ “یکجہتی” کی بات کر رہی ہے جبکہ یہ بات نہایت واضح ہے کہ کشمیری مسلمانوں اور باوجوہ –عمران حکومت کی “جہت “بالکل مختلف اور متضادہے ۔ کشمیر کے مسلمان معمولی اسلحہ رکھنے کے باوجودعزم و استقلال کے ساتھ بھاری اسلحے سے لیس بھارت کی پانچ لاکھ سے زائد فوج اور حکومتی مشنری کے سامنے سینہ سپر ہیں جبکہ باوجوہ –عمران حکومت نے جذبہ شہادت رکھنے والی اعلیٰ قابلیت کی حامل فوج پر کمانڈرکھنے کے باوجودبھارتی تسلط کے سامنے عملاًہتھیار ڈال دیے ہیں ۔ کشمیر کے مسلمان ہندو بالادستی کو چیلنج کرنے کے لیے بے خطر اپنی جانوں کے نذرانے پیش کر رہے ہیں جبکہ پاکستان کے حکمرانوں پر بزدل ہندو بنئے کا خوف طاری ہے، وہ ہندو جسے 27 فروری کو پاکستان کے فوجی افسران اس کی جارحیت کا مزہ چکھا چکے ہیں۔ کشمیر کے مسلمان پاکستان کی افواج کو پکار رہے ہیں کہ وہ لائن آف کنٹرول کو بے معنی بناتے ہوئے آگے بڑھیں جبکہ پاکستان کے حکمرانوں نے اپنے فوجی جوانوں کو بیرکوں میں بند کر رکھا ہے اورکشمیری مسلمانوں کی مادی مدد سے صاف انکار کر دیاہے ،یوں ان حکمرانوں نے اپنے اقدامات سے یہ تسلیم کر لیا ہےکہ ہندوریاست کے حالیہ اقدام بھارت کا اندرونی مسئلہ ہی ہیں۔
اے مسلمانانِ پاکستان !
پاکستان کی موجودہ و سابقہ غیرت سے عاری قیادتیں جو مسلمانوں کے مسائل کو حل کرنے کے لیے اپنی بہادر افواج کو متحرک کرنے کے بجائے ادھر ادھر دیکھتی ہیں ، کبھی بھی مقبوضہ کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کو ہندو ریاست کے ظلم و جبر سے نجات نہیں دلائیں گی۔ کشمیر سلطان محمد فاتح اورصلاح الدین ایوبی جیسے لیڈر کے ذریعے آزادہو گا جنہوں نے بڑے دشمن اور پے درپے کوششوں کی ناکامی کے باوجود اللہ پر بھروسہ کیا ، بھرپور تیاری کی اور بالآخرفتح حاصل کی۔ کشمیر کا مسئلہ اس خلافت علیٰ منہاج نبوہ کے قیام سے ہی حل ہو گا جس کا خلیفہ نہ صرف پاکستان کی افواج کو کشمیر کے مسلمانوں کی مددو نجات کے لیے حرکت میں لائے گا بلکہ اس مقصد کے لیے پوری امتِ مسلمہ کی افواج کواکٹھا کر ے گا۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا:
إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ
“بے شک خلیفہ ڈھال کی مانند ہے جس کے پیچھے رہ کر امت لڑتی اور جس کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل کرتی ہے”(مسلم)
